Essay Contest

Cultivating the power of the written word.

The annual High School Essay Contest is held each year in conjunction with Achievement Week.

This is a mandated program of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.
Interested senior high school students must submit an essay between 700 and 750 words. The topic changes yearly.

International High School Essay Contest Eligibility

  • To be eligible, the applicant must meet the following criteria:
  • College-bound high school senior
  • Reside in the East Point, GA or College Park, GA and surrounding areas
